Vinoteca is a Wine Bar, Shop and Restaurant on St. John’s Street, just opposite the famous Smithfield Meat Market (where our chefs visit every morning to source our famous Bavette steak). Opened by Brett Woonton, Elena Ares, and Charlie Young in September 2005 after many years of experience in various wine & food industries. All three of them are crazy about food and wine, and share the common goal of bringing great wine and food to people at fair prices. Vinoteca has a dedication to offering our customers an unpretentious environment to enjoy and learn about food & wine.

Hello Kang,
Thank you for reading our blog, I will be sure to visit yours too. If you love eating great food and drinking nice wine all at very reasonable prices you must come in for a meal. We only take lunch bookings, and we do get quite busy in the evenings, but you can put your name on the waiting list and have a glass while you wait for your table.
