Well, Vinoteca has taken a new turn. We are hopping onto the blog bandwagon. I have been given the go ahead to start up a blog by the big bosses, and I plan on getting help from everyone at Vinoteca to make it interesting. I want to interview the owners Brett Wooton, Charlie Young & Elena Ares so you can get an idea about where Vinoteca came from, I want to get the chefs writing about food, and get everyone else writing about wine or whatever else interests them.
The aim of this blog is to interact with our customers, but also to let everyone in on what Vinoteca is really all about. One thing I can tell you, is that we all LOVE FOOD & WINE! We are geeks really, maths and things like that aren’t really our thing, we are more into giving eachother restaurant reviews and swirling wine in our Riedel glasses without even realising we’re doing it anymore. Don’t get me wrong being snobby about wine & food is not our thing, we all just like and think about them way more than the average person.
